Terms & Conditions

• Easter - 3 night minimum, public holiday weekends - 3 night minimum
• 2 night minimum stay on weekends, Fri & Sat, or Sat & Sun.
• 1 bedroom cottage for 2 adults only (no children permitted)
• 2 bedroom cottage tarriff for 2 adults and maximum 3 children
• Extra adult $25 p.p each night during high season, $15 p.p. each night low season
• 30% deposit required on booking, full payment on arrival
• Linen is provided and included in price
• Arrival after 2pm, departure before 11am
• Rates are subject to change
• Cancellations - no refund for cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival
• All cancellations incur a $80 administration fee.
